Myra Chow – Physiotherapist
Physiotherapist
Myra Chow graduated from Singapore Institute of Technology – Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree (with Honours) in Physiotherapy in 2024. From a young age, Myra has enjoyed playing various competitive sports, such as badminton, softball, ultimate frisbee, powerlifting and bouldering. She was introduced to physiotherapy when she sustained injuries from playing softball in secondary school and witnessed family members undergo geriatric rehabilitation. She has since developed an interest in human anatomy and movement, which she explores through her own training in competitive bouldering and resistance exercise.
Myra is a firm advocate for exercise as a preventative solution as well as an avenue for enjoyment. Her love for bouldering has given her a special interest in climbing-related injuries and pre-rehabilitation to safeguard from injuries. Myra hopes to enable clients to manage their pain and appreciate the importance of physical activity in personal health.
