I’ve been working with Kelvin (at Tampines location) several times a week for over six months, both before and after my ligament reconstruction surgery, and he’s been awesome to work with. The pre-surgery recovery plan he developed was so effective that I even reconsider the surgery.Post-surgery, Kelvin has been just as great, helping me steadily regain functionality and strength while working my way out of limited mobility.I really appreciate how Kelvin designed a personalized plan that balances progress with pain management. He’s knowledgeable, transparent, and accommodating. The only thing I wish for is longer sessions (45min)
