Had good ongoing progress review with Darren, and James for running assesment. I can see progress being made, which is great as my running quality is improving and risk of injury is decreasing.

Have been going to Core Concepts since 2024. Ernie and Aloysius are the guys I have been going to for sports massages. They have been great in alleviating muscle soreness and tightness. Very warm and friendly guys but also merciless in rubbing out the knots. Definitely 10/10 in terms of quality.

Had visited the Core Concept a few years ago for upper back/shoulder pain/tightness. Coming back recently for lower back pain/stiffness. The Physio (Darren this time) is very helpful in identifying the root cause, reliefing the pain, and coming up with personalized rehab/strengthening exercises.

Isaac is able to prep patient ahead of treatment, and anticipate the level of pain. His patience and assurances are a huge plus.

I have been seeing Chye Tuan after my back and knee surgeries. He is very good and patience in helping me for my recovery. Also seeing Jia Qi for sport massage as part of my maintenance. Strongly recommend this place.

My go to physiotherapy clinic. If you have an acute problem that won’t go away, look for Sylvia (love her no-nonsense approach), or Ernie (who listens and methodically addresses your aches and pains)!

I have been going for sports massage at their World Trade branch and the newly set up Dunearn Village since middle of last year. Daisy is my current senior therapist. She is very experienced. I briefly explain my issues, she always understands it completely offering solutions to relieve tightness or pain. Most of the time she identifies issues I am not even aware of the minute she starts her hands-on therapy. My stiff shoulder, back and legs improved after each session. I would also like to give credit to the professionalism of the counter staff and the online reservation person who responds to my text messages. Response is quick, treats customers with respect and consideration. They are truly exceptional from start of booking to completion of therapy. Give them a try, you will not regret it. Btw, I love their coffee machine and the selection of coffee and snacks.

I had a wonderful experience with Elaine Yiew and Chye Tuan. Highly recommend this centre for recovery.
