Tried out one of the most effective methods for inducing scar tissue breakdowns - SHOCKWAVE THERAPY (ESWT), performed on me by Therapist Natasha Punj. Recommended 6-8 sessions for scar tissues that have been around for several years. Pain Rating: 6/10 (pain is from the scar tissue itself) Discomfort: 2/10 (minimal discomfort from the procedure) No regrets. Amazing bed side mannerism & touch feel to locate scar tissue points.

Came in for my ankle injury and the team here has made the experience really great! Samuel was helpful in explaining my condition in a simple way and also every step that he was taking. He was even willing to look into other areas of my body and troubleshooting whatever pain I was feeling in those areas! Every session was effective in managing my pain, strengthening my ankle without pushing its limits too much, and the overall recovery process has been very positive! Would definitely recommend the team here to my friends and family!

I was having an issue with my lower back and was fortunate to obtain a slot with one of Core Concept's senior physiotherapist. I was asked about the problem, plus any other medical conditions before the therapist go to work on my back. She also asked me to snap a picture of my office workspace, and once I sent it via email to her, her reply came soon thereafter with a series of recommendations on how I could improve the ergonomics of my workstation. It took me only 1 additional visit to work through the back pain and thereafter was given a series of back stretching to do at home. I have also recommended my friends to visit Core Concepts when they have muscle issues to sort out.
