Joyce is an active enthusiast with rehab-based functional training tagged with her strength and conditioning background. She is trained to have a sharp mind and eye to identify the various biomechanical needs required of the activity to tailor a injury-preventive and performance-enhancing programme.
In her free time, Joyce likes to stay active by taking part in activities such as floorball, netball, basketball, half marathon, and bouldering, which are some of the sports she has participated in or competed in. During her travels, she stays active by going hiking and being in touch with nature. She believes that exercise has improved her lifestyle and she has seen the benefits of staying active. She is keen to help her clients achieve the same benefits that she has seen through exercising.
Her life motto is to advocate that age is just a number and that it should not limit people from enjoying new experiences and picking up new hobbies. Experiences and exercises can be tailored for individual needs.

- Bachelor in Sport Science Degree (Honors)
- National Youth Sport Institute Intern in Sport Psychology (NYSI)
- Australian Strength and Conditioning Accreditation (ASCA L1)
