Elaine graduated from the Singapore Institute of Technology with a Bachelor (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2023 and has been in the private industry since. As a sports enthusiast herself, Elaine appreciates the importance of strength and conditioning for the prevention of injuries. Having gone through her own rehabilitation experiences for past injuries, she is now helping others in their rehabilitation journey as well.

Elaine believes that every individual is unique and has their own struggles and difficulties and hence is a strong advocate in the importance of empowering and tailoring programs for clients at a pace that feels right for them. She hopes to guide them towards their recovery and empower them to embrace their potential.
