Following my ankle surgery in June 2025, I was assigned to see Wei Jie for physio. Initially I was skeptical on what they can do but Wei Jie, a senior physiotherapist at Core Concept, is very patient, helpful, professional and equip with indepth knowledge of his work. He understands our pain and insecurity and when he massages the leg to reduce swelling, the way he holds the ankle provides great comfort and assurance. He tailored effective exercises at different stages to ensure I recover well. I am blessed & glad that he's my physiotherapist. Thank you very much Wei Jie.

If anyone requires a physiotherapist, I would strongly recommend Wei Jie for your recovery.

I would also like to take this opportunity to mention that Natalie, the receptionist, is a very friendly and efficient lady. She always smile and greet us when we walk in. Keep up the good work!

Attended physiotherapy session by Kelvin. He is very patient and detailed. Combo with massage therapist Elaine, treatment becomes more effective. Their experience and professionalism provides no fear to the therapy. Thumbed up and highly recommend their service.

Great staff all around! Been coming to work on my knee post surgery and the physio treatment and massage have definitely helped with recovery. The reception staff are so lovely as well.

After seeing how Lynn treated my daughter's injury, I decided to get Lynn to treat my lower back pain. I have been suffering from this pain for awhile. It has caused me to loose confidence in handling tougher hikes. Lynn has been very patient. Her treatment includes pain relief through massage and muscle strengthening exercises. TQ Lynn!
