Aloysius Gan was in the Aviation Maintenance industry prior to joining Core Concepts, where carrying heavy equipment, moving around and fixing things at an awkward height are part and parcel of the job.

He was curious about the pain and aches on his lower back and neck, which had a slight impact on his sporting hobbies.

He decided to look up on Self-Myofascial Release techniques, using tools such as a foam roller, a massage ball and a massage stick.

Following this, Aloysius Gan took up a basic sports massage course to increase his proficiency and has not looked back since.
